In continuation of my No.122 of the 26th ultimo, I have the honour to inform you that the Viceroy has instructed the Kuei Shan Chenghai Magistrates to co-operate with the military officials in effecting the arrests of the pirates concerned in the piracy committed on the junk "Yung Shun Fa" between Pinghoi and Shan Mi.
